What began as a fractured restoration on one central incisor became a complete smile transformation: 10 lithium disilicate veneers designed to follow the patient's lip line, fill his buccal corridors, and look as though they were always his. Every step is deliberate, from restoring tissue health first and refining the gingival architecture with a laser to preparing through the mockup to stay in enamel, with a ceramic workflow so precise the restorations needed no adjustment at delivery. ## Synopsis

This issue’s cover feature is an AACD Accreditation case that shows what happens when meticulous planning meets real artistry. It is a case that rewards a close read, and a beautiful reminder that the best results come from a shared vision between the dentist, ceramist, and patient.
